SocialCast, a brand under Media53 AB ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy and is firmly committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our platforms and related services.

SocialCast provides two platforms: SocialCast Video (live streaming and video on demand) and SocialCast Forum (digital meeting management for democratic processes). This policy covers both platforms.

As a Swedish service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish data protection legislation. All processing of personal data takes place within Sweden and the EU.

SocialCast Video

Data you provide directly to us

Specifically for SocialCast Forum

For meeting data in Forum, the right to erasure may be limited, since meeting minutes are official public documents and democratic transparency requires accurate historical records to be preserved. Your organisation's requirements under the Swedish Archives Act take precedence.

You can request erasure of
