Trust is the foundation.

SocialCast is built for organisations with high demands. Data in Sweden and the EU, GDPR from the start, and protection you can control in detail.

In Sweden.
Within the EU.

All processing of content and personal data takes place within Sweden and the EU. Content is stored primarily in Sweden, backups are kept within the EU and EEA, and nothing is moved outside the union without an adequate level of protection.

Protection on several levels.

The entire portal can be protected with a shared password, and each individual broadcast set to public, hidden with a link, or private with a password. What should be open is open, what should be internal stays internal.

Login is via SSO and permissions are controlled by role, from administrator to editor, so the right person sees and does the right things. All content is delivered encrypted, all the way to the viewer.

Encryption, at every step.

Content and data are encrypted both in transit and at rest. The foundation also includes regular security audits and strictly limited staff access.

Security isn't something added afterwards. It's part of how the platform is built, and a prerequisite for a public organisation to be able to rely on it.

Openly accounted for.

Personal data is processed under GDPR, transparently and with a clear legal basis. It isn't about ticking a box, but about being able to answer how and why data is handled.

How this works is set out in our privacy policy, and how the accessibility requirements are met is described in our accessibility statement.
